Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-01

Prival Internet Solutions (“Prival,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to handling your personal information with care and transparency. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and your rights. It applies to information collected through our platform, website, and communications.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, business name, phone number, billing address, and payment method details (handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers). We also collect information you provide during onboarding about your business, goals, and existing software stack.

1.2 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the platform: which features you access, actions you take, pages you visit within the app, session timestamps, and error logs. We also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

1.3 Communications

When you contact our team by email, chat, or phone, we retain records of those communications to provide support and improve our service. If you participate in onboarding or strategy calls, we may record or take notes from those sessions with your consent.

1.4 Customer Data You Upload

The platform stores data you import or create — contacts, CRM records, campaign content, and similar business data. This is your data; we process it only to deliver the services you've purchased.

1.5 Cookies

Our website and platform use first-party cookies for session management (keeping you logged in) and basic analytics (understanding how visitors use our site). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may not function correctly without session cookies.

2. Why We Collect It

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery — to provision your account, operate the platform, process billing, and provide support.
  • Service improvement — to understand how the platform is used, identify issues, and develop new features.
  • Communications — to send you product updates, billing notifications, and, where you have opted in, marketing messages about new features and offers.
  • Security and fraud prevention — to detect and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, and fraudulent transactions.
  • Legal obligations — to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful government requests.

3. Cookies

We use the following categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the platform to function. These include session authentication cookies. You cannot opt out of these while using the service.
  • Analytics cookies — first-party cookies that help us understand how visitors interact with our public website. We use these to measure page performance and improve content. No personal data is shared with third-party analytics networks.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking technologies on our platform or website.

4. Third-Party Processors

We share certain data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate the platform. These processors act on our instructions and are contractually bound to protect your data. Key categories include:

  • Payment processing — your billing information is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We receive tokenized payment references and do not store raw card data.
  • Email delivery — transactional and marketing emails sent through the platform are routed through an enterprise email infrastructure provider.
  • SMS and telephony — outbound messages and calls are delivered via licensed telecommunications providers.
  • Cloud infrastructure — our platform runs on major cloud providers with data centers in jurisdictions we select for compliance and performance.
  • Analytics — aggregated usage data may be processed by an analytics provider to help us improve the platform. We configure these tools to minimize personal data exposure.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers. We will provide a full list of processors upon written request to hello@prival.com.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your account, we retain your data for 90 days to allow you to request an export or reactivate. After 90 days, account data is permanently deleted from our active systems.

Some data may be retained longer where we are required to do so by law — for example, billing records and transaction logs that must be kept for tax or regulatory purposes. Anonymized or aggregated data (from which you cannot be identified) may be retained indefinitely for product analytics.

Backup copies of data may persist for up to 30 days after deletion from active systems before being purged from backup archives.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction covered by the General Data Protection Regulation or equivalent legislation, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — you may ask us to delete your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations.
  • Right to restriction — you may ask us to limit the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including for direct marketing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@prival.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Your Rights Under CCPA

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to know — you may request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the purposes for which we have used it.
  • Right to delete — you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to opt out of sale — you have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. We have never sold personal information and do not intend to.

To make a CCPA request, contact us at hello@prival.com. We will verify your identity before processing your request.

8. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Our protections include:

  • Encryption in transit — all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Encryption at rest — customer data stored in our databases and file systems is encrypted at rest.
  • Access controls — access to customer data by our team is role-based and limited to what is necessary to deliver support and operate the service.
  • Regular review — we periodically review our security practices and infrastructure to identify and address vulnerabilities.

No system is perfectly secure. If you have reason to believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at hello@prival.com.
